Streatham Hill A23 plans - see work in progress

Transport for London are to share their latest ideas for improving the road lay-out of the A23 at Streatham Hill at an evening event in Streatham Library.

When: September 11th
Time: 7pm -9pm
Where: Streatham Library

Over the last year TfL have been working up plans - and taking views from the local community - after the Safer A23 Campaign and local councillors highlighted the high death and injury rate on the road running through our town centre.

Funding has been secured and work could begin as early as 2019 - once a formal consultation has been carried out and final plans approved. The display in the library on September 11th is not the final scheme - but a chance for people to give their views on the work in progress.
