More Love to tackle youth violence, 23rd September

Communities from across Lambeth will be coming together on 23rd September at a rally to tackle youth violence and its causes.

Families, young people, and youth groups are all invited to 'More Love' - with a rally starting at 10.30am in Kennington Park, followed by a 'carnival-style' walk to Rush Common between Brixton and Streatham.

The Lambeth Walk is a response a London-wide upsurge in violent crime which has seen more than 80 murder investigations so far this year.

The aim of the event is to emphasise the need to tackle the underlying causes of crime affecting young people.
